Roger Schneider
After completing his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Truman State University (then known as NMSU) and 16 years in the financial planning business, Roger joined SCHNEIDER Real estate in 1993. Roger also has experience in the construction/rehab business. This knowledge of how houses are built, coupled with his financial background both make him uniquely equipped in advising his clients, whether they are buying or selling real estate.
Roger's top priority is discovering his clients' real estate needs and desires and doing everything possible to help them accomplish those goals, while always being mindful of keeping their costs as low as possible. His success in the real estate field is largely due to his strength in negotiating the contract and building inspection issues, again with an eye toward helping his clients to achieve their real estate goals.
In the early days of his career, Roger picked up a motto from a well-known motivational speaker that says "You can get everything in life you want, if you help enough other people get what they want". Keeping that thought in mind, Roger has been able to gain many satisfied clients, many of whom have called him back to help them 10 plus years after they initially used his services.
Roger and his wife Deb have two children and six grand children. As a hobby, Roger has been a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society for 36 years, and a member of the four time international gold metal winning St. Charles chapter of that society, known as the Ambassadors Of Harmony for 32 of those years
